Handmade waist coat made by a Georgian cloth artist. Very well made, and has only been used once for a photoshoot. Chest is 38inch however will fit nicely in a 39inch also. Included a period correct cravat and decorative pin. From a smoke free home, any questions please ask. Thank you!
