Antique Ebony Violin Pegs in the late 18th Century Design. Interesting set of pegs with the bat wing shape normally associated with old boxwood pegs from around 1780 onwards. I have never seen a set in ebony. I say set, but one has an end decorative dot unlike the other three, but they are a close matching set. The shafts taper from around 7.87mm down to 6.6mm
