This is a 56 key (extended treble), 4-fold bellow Wheatstone English, with riveted steel reeds which I have taken down from its original Philharmonic Tuning to modern concert pitch (A=440hz). It was already in very good condition when I bought it (doesn't show it's near 150 years!).
