I think it’s made out of wool and don’t know what the sleeves are,probably faux leather Has some minor condition issues ,mostly near bottom sleeve and a cuff and some on the inside lining( see pics) Buttons all work well Size Medium Measures flat Armpit to armpit is 21 inches Shoulder to bottom cuff is 23 inches Shoulder to bottom hem is 24 inches Made by Satin Jackets Inc NY NY
