Perfect for SS26 - the Soft Goth textured look. This is a beautifully made, stunning skirt. It will fit a maximum 28" waist - the waistband having no stretch at all. Hopefully the photos do show though, how it is constructed - with the ribbon hem trim and gathering at the tiers about 2.5 and 11.5" up the skirt.
