In the mid 60s the skirt lengths were getting shorter and towards the end of the decade the boho hippie free love era was introducing paisley prints. This dress is suspected to be from this era. The sleeve is classed as long sleeve but the length is only 20" so this dress could suit a petite UK 14 also.
