Sleeve shoulder to elastic is 21" with another 2" eyelet lace. Skirt at hem across is 116" (circumference 232"). I'm sure we can find a solution. Feels like cotton. No stretch. No one here smokes but a couple of the cats are pretty heavy drinkers.
