This game is NOT complete. You get everything you see pictured. The box is in good condition, in my opinion. It has all the ships and the 2 submarines. As far as the rest, please look at all the pictures and judge the condition for yourself. Please ask any questions before you purchase this item. All board games are wrapped in brown shipping paper when shipped.
