Vintage Dorothy Perkins culotte shorts from the 80s. Wide Leg, knee length in a crinkle texture fabric. The waistband is elasticated just at the back. Fabric is 50% polyester 50% viscose. In used but good condition. The brand label is fraying a bit. Label is a size 14 but I think would also suit a 12 but check measurements below. Waist flat: 15" (30" total) unstretched and has a good amount of stretch in it. Length top of waistband to hem: 22" Front rise: 18.5"
