Gorgeous vintage dress with smocked top, sash and ruffle bottom. No holes, stains or rips. Colors on the 100% cotton are still very rich and saturated. Pullover style, some stretch with smocked areas. One of the sleeves inner portion has an area where the smocking is loose (see last photo). See all pictures for condition, details and measurements.
