This is a true Vintage 1950s hand painted souvenir skirt! The skirt has a border of Guitars and jugs. There is no label on the skirt. Overall, the skirt fabric is in good condition. The cotton is very soft. The waistband has been altered at some point. It has a nylon zipper on the side and hook/eye closures to close off the waistband. They are definitely not original.
