Amazing vintage French bloomers / slip shorts. The brand is Souple, supposedly anti static which is always useful!! Elasticated waist, wide legs, lace detailing on hem. The label says size 14-16 but I’m a 10-12 and they fit me comfortably so I’m listing them as a 12, although measurements are below. Elastic waist relaxed is 24”. Inside leg length 12”. Leg width at hem 15” laid flat. Rise 14.5”
