Vintage 90s Starina black whimsygoth maxi dress with dropped v waist, v-neck, blue tropical floral botanical watercolor print (hibiscus flowers I believe), short batwing sleeves, and a-line fluid flared skirt. The drape and cut of this moody dark floral long dress is unique. Has indie romantic bohemian vibes but would also be killer with combat boots as a grunge nineties throwback. 100% rayon, made in Nepal. Size Small. Excellent vintage condition.
