Vintage St Michaels blue 100%silk button up blouse/blazer. It has a very flattering fit to it. Shoulder pads at the shoulders, buttons up down the front and button detail at the wrists. The wrists sit abit cropped. There is a mark on the back at the shoulders & one of the wrist buttons is crooked. It’s shown on my xs/s mannequin.
