Features alternating solid blue and coordinating floral panels with white lace trim and a full, twirl-friendly styling. Made from a polyester/cotton blend, exclusive of lace trim. I don’t see a size tag, but it seems to measure like a size L. Please check measurements before purchasing. Elastic waist measures across-14” unstretched stretching to approx. 18”. The length is 24”. In great, clean condition.
