This eBay listing is for a vintage SEL ELECTRICAL OUTFIT that comes as you see pictured in the listing and noted above. This comes with the original box, instruction book/catalog and all the pieces that you see pictured. There was no itemized list of items included in this set within the instruction book so I don't know if it's complete or not. Age is unknown but I'm guessing 1950's era based on the graphic. The pieces that were found inside the box are all in very good/excellent condition for their age. Motors are untested. The box shows some wear and has writing on 2 sides that has faded with age (see pictures).
