Vintage velvet jacket dating to the late 1970's- early 1980's, made for Katies by Bobbie Brooks, featuring beautiful plum purple/ burgundy velvet, fitted style that is cropped with a short frill peplum, button up front and high neckline with small frill. MATERIAL the fabric content tag has been removed but it feels like a cotton velvet, it has no stretch CONDITION excellent!
