Vintage Police Bobby Beat Boots ( Possibly Around 1940’s To 1960’s But Unsure )

Originally bought on Vinted. Only wore them a handful of times after buying. I’m unsure when they were made. Comes with a set of laces. Pretty good condition for their age, definitely a collectors piece but they could also be used as a nice pair of dress shoes. I don’t know for certain what brand they are, there doesn’t seem to be any kind of branding on the shoe. I’m assuming the name on the inside of the boot might be from the officer whom they were issued to. Will provide more pictures if asked :))
