Vintage Next 1990’s Electric Blue Velvet Top/Dress Size Large The garment started life as a top that I wore in the 90’s. It was put away in storage for over 25 years. I washed it and it came out very stretched. The material is very soft and stretchy. So now it is a very very very long 92cm top or a nice dress. The sleeves have also stretched and one is longer than the other, as shown in the photos. Other than that it is in good vintage condition.
