This item is a vintage Joal 1:50 scale diecast model of a Caterpillar 631D wheel tractor scraper, manufactured in Spain. Used in construction to level, prepare and to shift and spread out dirt over uneven terrain. Slight damage to one of its hydraulic rams check photos.
