Jacket features wide Peter Pan collar with tie, large velvet covered buttons and a slight over-sized look, very evocative of early Givenchy tailoring. Jacket and skirt bought as a set possibly tailored made as the skirt is a size 10 and the jacket a size 12, not uncommon in the 1950’s.
