The game is modeled on the actual US electoral system. Cards and money, and sheets to fill out with pins. Also included are 2 identical instruction sheets. Most pins are still on their cards...a few a loose. The only thing we can determine is missing are the dice. A nice game that looks to have been played with minimally.
