Vintage Early 70s Cream Chiffon Cape Overlay Boho Occasion Maxi Dress Size 8

It has a lovely chiffon cape overlayer with a plisse pleated ruffled edge. The cape is quite long at the back. Its unusual to see a dress of this style with sleeves. Usually they are sleeveless and the cape overlay covers the top of the arms.
