Vintage Dinky Toys Superior Rescuer on a Cadillac Chassis ambulance vehicle from the 1960s/70s - I think it’s the 267 model. Measures approximately 15cm long. It is missing the red light at the top and the rear opening door hinge is a little loose but otherwise it is in pretty reasonable condition for its age especially the paintwork and windows.
