Shirt has a 4.75" collar, chest pocket and button cuffs. Collar 15". No Material label but feels like cotton, this is quite a light weight fabric. The best way to get a good fit is to take a piece of clothing that you own just now and that fits the way you want them it to and lay them on a flat surface.
