I’m not certain that this is a Conn 22b because all of the buildup/ tarnish doesn’t allow me to see exactly what it is. None of the pieces move. Also, missing a cap on the bottom. Great restoration project for someone or use for parts…or for a decoration. Please see photos Sold as is.
