Motherboard: Soltek SL-75KAV Socket A / 462 with Universal AGP + ISA. CPU: AMD Athlon 1000 Mhz. The PC has been tested to bios ONLY (as shown, see photos) as there is no hard drive. Capacitors on motherboard look clean, I don't see any buldging or leaking but you be the judge and the PC boots up to bios as expected.
