Vintage Automatic Alarm Squad tin car toy, England 1960's.Clockwork.Brimtoy?

No makers mark on the box but it says it is made in Great Britain. This could be by Brimtoy?. I think there's a certain way to turn the lever, how you place the car inside etc. It does work anyway.
