These are such a great graphic design! I presume they are from the 80s. The waist is 15” across, unstretched, stretches easily to 32”, with max at 34”. There is some crinkling in the elastic when stretched, but the stretchy waist is still useable. There a a few areas of discoloration, as shown, but overall in good vintage condition . They are a size small.
