GIVENCHY for chesa Long Sleeve Button Down Shirt - size L - 100% polyester - black with vertical thin white stripes and multi-colored stripes down the center in front. I didn't want to undo the pins so I'm not positive of the pattern for the rest but it looks like the colored stripes go down one side in back, along the sleeves and with horizontal colored stripes around the cuffs, buttons at the cuffs.
