Homemade vintage 70s-80s secretary or professional style white dress with shoulder pads, and oversized bow on the shoulder. Zips up the back. Has very nicely done and tailored seams. The fabric i believe is some kind of Otto’s, however I am unsure. It has a texture to it, please see photos to look at the texture. This dress definitely need a slip beneath it because of the nature of the white fabric you can see through especially with darker under garments. Measures 34in chest, 33in waist, 42in hips, 13.5in shoulder seam to shoulder seam taken flat, and 39.5in total length. Sleeves measure 21in from shoulder seam to end or arm. this dress is in good vintage condition. I have not washed this dress so there is some dust and or lint.
