Near complete with game board, box, and most pieces. I think the only piece missing is a "control" card and some of the money. Board and pieces are in fair preowned condition. Money and cards have some creasing. Light discoloration on a few of the cards. Box has overall fading, edge/surface wear, and areas of discoloration.
