Vintage white cotton lawn petticoat or skirt . The size says large but being vintage back in the seventies ladies were a lot smaller, I’ve measured the elasticated waist unstretched 22” and fully pulled out 44” , lots of fullness to the skirt with a frill with cotton lace trim , the length is approximately 31” / 80 cm . Often worn as an underskirt showing the lace trim .
