After a bit of research online it looks like a Yonezawa model from about 1950 making it over 75 years old. The colours and the clothes of the clown are in superb condition. The hand holding the cane needs a dab of glue to put it back in place but its still working and the hand raising the hat is cracked slightly but still working perfectly.
