Authentic formal dress cummerbund waistcoat from the 1920s-50s I would think it would be from 1930s but there is no company name. It looks like it’s been handmade looking at the inside. The waistcoat requires dress studs for the buttonholes. It looks like it’s been laundered but does have marks around the neckline and one of the straps from being stored (I think) fabric looks fantastic good, no holes. Measures 17.5” from arm to arm so should be 35” chest
