True Vintage Italian 1940s 1950s Blue Yellow Stars silk Blouse shirt mop buttons

6 carved mop (mother of pearl) buttons at front and one to each cuff and a tie to collar. Shaped front and rear seams run from bottom hem to sleeve seam. The raw edges have all been hand stitched ( rather than overlocked on a machine).
