Vintage T. Cohn tin litho sand pail mechanical toy. This is a dutch windmill. Great scenes and graphics on the pail and the building. Comes with metal shovel. Works by putting sand on the top and turning the blades. It is in my opinion in very nice condition. No rust, no dents. Shows very little signs of play. Windmill part is collapsable. Measures 8" tall by 5.5" wide.
