This is a nearly complete copy of the game Strictly Pittsburgh. It has plenty of box wear and some to the cards and components as well. All cards are accounted for along with the board, instructions, and character pieces. All I can count that is missing is a single one of the blue triangle "skyscraper" pieces. Money doesn't have a specific count on instructions but seems to be there.
