Powers on. I have no film to test it further. Motor does not move the wheel when I try but I’m unsure if it needs film to pull to make that part work or not? Maybe it needs a new belt? Maybe not? I’m unsure. Looks very clean and unused to me. Please see photos for condition and everything included. Selling as is. Feel free to ask any questions. Thank you.
