For sale is a rare ChromoLithographed tin penny toy, a coin bank/money box shaped as a coal scuttle with bird themed designs on its sides and hinged lid. Dating from about 1920 and assumed to be made in Germany but appears to have no marks on it. It is in good condition (please see photos) it has some age related marks and surface corrosion, also has a crease across the lid but not sure if it’s been bent and straightened out or was there when it was manufactured, a great addition to any collection.
