This particular example is marked up as a 'N.A.S.A' SPACE GLIDER. The toy was more than likely based on the real NASA Northrop Lifting body high altitude test planes back in the 1950's & 60's. I've put 2 x D Asda batteries (not included) inside which appeared slightly oversized, but once switched on by the blue switch at rear end, the craft burst into life.
