Original Vintage Japanese Tinplate Electric Mechanical Toy - Pelican with Fish

I have only been able to find one other of these currently for sale so this is a chance to own a very rare piece of toy history. An original and authentic mid-century battery operated tin plate toy pelican, stamped on the bottom ‘Made in Japan’.
