This is a fun and fabulous little blue party frock from the early 1960s. If it really is fading, I don’t think it distracts from the beauty of the dress: it almost looks like an ombré effect. The dress is a classic 1960s silhouette, sleeveless, nipped in at the waist, then hugging your curves with a fitted pencil skirt.
