Land's End vintage women's light brown trousers. Beautiful, good quality corduroy. Zip up the front with a button. Roomy pockets in the front and a small pocket in the back. Belt loops in the waist. Can't find the size label, it fits me at waist as a size 8/10, but wider in the legs, so I'd say it would fit a Medium and a Small. Really great quality vintage trousers.
