IBM Aptiva Tower/Desktop?. That bit that has all the gubbins! There's a lot of noise in the video, mostly that is the aquarium, hence the sound of water! OK, I've worked out how to get in, and yes the bit that padlocks it does move - once you remove a screw (should have known my Brother always had a screwdriver and most often quite a number of fiddly screws), I've photographed it for comparison to the other photo.
