A Handmade Antique German Onionskin Marble. This colourful onionskin has a neat and well defined style with rich layering of teal and cobalt speckles over a crisp, bright white skin. It dates from between 1860 - 1880; with a hand-faceted pontil indicating production during this early period of the German cane glass marble industry.
