Dinky toys cabinet transfer , I had a couple of these made some years ago and just recently came across them in a drawer , i I have 1 spare , so if your retailers dinky toys cabinet is missing it’s transfer this is an ideal replacement , just simply pull the backing off and stick on , please see example of the one I have done on my cabinet
