Corgi made this model from 1960-65, at the start of production the car had "flat" hubs, this is one of they, later ones had shaped hubs. Here is a nicely refurbished Dinky car, a previous owner has done a very nice job in my view, very well painted - only niggle is a crude roof beacon.
