This is a "Gullwing" model in off white by Matchbox for the "Dinky" series in the 1990s. It is loose and unboxed but is in excellent condition. I can't find any flaws with it. This is a new and sealed model of a "Gullwing" model in white made by Atlas for DeAgostini.
