This is a beautiful brass bugle that my dad had on display for many years. His dad likely played in in the 1920's or 30's. It is in fine shape, with a mouthpiece and a flag/pennant attached. I'm not sure of the significance of the pennant. It could've been a maritime club or brotherhood. There is no case included.
